Endurance and muscle recovery

More than ten years ago, I spook about omega fatty acids for the first time. At that time, it was still relatively new that certain fatty acids from this group, in particular derivatives from the omega 3 group play an important role in the development of the brains. This refers to the EPA and DHA. Since then a lot has changed and a lot more research. What got ones attention was that our food contains way too much omega 6 fatty acids which the balance between omega 3 and omega 6 can be pretty upset. Clinical trials showed that when applying the omega 3 oil during the breeding, to achieve decent profit fell in the development of the youngsters. Another Nobel laureate was a German scientist in the beginning of the last century that the argument posited that cancer is caused by a lack of oxygen in the cells. During my study of this story this study was repeatedly belittled and ridiculed. After all, how could a lack of oxygen now cause cancer. The man said oxygen deficiency in the cells, and not lack of oxygen in itself. There were scientists who had gone to work and sought the solution in the administration of supplemental oxygen to patients. But the results were disappointing to call, so the bearer of the message was further ridiculed. Yet the man had based on sound scientific research. For years nothing was done with it. Cancer Research focused and focuses on the billion dollar industry of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Only lately the focus is on improving the defense to tackle the disease. This last is a promising approach.

Late 19th century, the hardening of the oil was tackled industrial. There was a golden opening for the industrial market. Indeed, by hardening of the oils could be going to make products such as margarine. After this hardening, the oils were hydrogenated trans fats which arise. Now, an American professor who read the story of the Nobel Prize winner from Germany discovered another way that even small amounts of trans fats can be quite harmful to your health in the long term. This American professor made a connection between the oxygen in the cells and the omega 3 and omega 6 oils. Especially between the basic omega 3 and omega 6 oil base. It is important to see a difference between the various omega oils. One oil is not the other. This made clear to ourselves why certain oils in our fly our seemed to work better than others, when we were working on the development of the oil in the beginning of this century.

Omega 3 oil has anti-inflammatory properties and omega 6 oil a proin flammatory effect. A balance between the two is important to be able to allow the various processes in the body smoothly. As mentioned, a imbalance has aroused between omega 3 and omega 6 up to 1:25 to the advantage of the omega-6 oil. The latter is absolutely undesirable. That is why there is now a hype in the application of the omega 3 oil. You can not take any butter in the hands or there is the new slogan on sale include: rich in omega 3. Nothing wrong with that to a certain extent. But it is not the whole story. There is not namely, in the base or omega 3, or a derivative thereof. The body has a need for basic omega 3 and omega 6 as long as it is in proportion.

Basic omega 3 and omega 6 fats should be combined together in the right proportions. When that happens, these fatty acids are incorporated in the walls of the cells. These omega-3 and 6, in the cell walls shall by their structure to oxygen in that there can be in the cells. In this way, the cells can continue to supply energy by means of combustion of oxygen. If cells are deprived of oxygen because then they get oxygen (anaerobic) sugar burn. The annoying thing is that these trans fats do not work like oxygen magnets and are therefore worthless to the cells. The result is that the cells not getting enough oxygen. And slowly but surely……..
There is no doubt that even small amounts of trans fats installing good basic food in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids may reduce drastically. The cells will start function less even when they get controlled small amounts of trans fats. From one the other can come/follow.

The body knows she's working with defective material and wants to restore it. It sends out signals that you feel hungry. We have seen that the basic omega 3 and omega 6 function in the cell walls as oxygen magnets. Where this is more important than in the muscle cells in the pigeon. Research in Italy for long distance runners showed that runners who were given the right proportion of basic omega 3 and omega 6, were not only faster than runners who received a placebo oil. Also, the recovery of the runners was much faster. No cramps, no muscle damage from acidification that occurs when muscles need oxygen to burn.
